EDI works with clients, architects, and contractors to create a home that 'feels' good, and is built well.  We accomplish this through intentional layouts & space planning, architectural design features, lighting design, material selection, & furnishing, 

 

We provide design plans with both the contractor and the client in mind.  Each project is built fully in our 3d software including accurate scaling and material selections as part of our client proposals. We include photo-realistic rendering in addition to selection catalogs to assist with client visuals during the design development and approval phases. 

We find pride in  our delivery of fully detailed interior architectural & construction drawings and optional QR referencing codes for site use. This process keeps the construction process moving as builders and clients stay up to date with the latest design, changes, and approvals for each space in your project.

 

A cohesive home is built on intention.. Each material, placement, and layer plays an important role. Every sub must have knowledge of each layer that has preceded, and each layer that will proceed in order to mitigate delays and mistakes in the project.
